Terms & Conditions
Booking & Deposits - A deposit is required to secure a booking. Once confirmed, the agreed time and resources are allocated exclusively to the client's project.
Cancellations & Rescheduling - Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Scope of Services - All services are delivered in accordance with the agreed scope outlined in the quotation or proposal. Any additional work, variations or changes outside of the agreed scope will be discussed and approved prior to commencement and may incur additional fees.
Payment Terms - Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices must be paid within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in delays to delivery of services or documentation.
Nature of Services - Tempest Consulting Group provides independent consulting and advisory services in relation to workplace injury management and workers compensation processes. This may include liaising with relevant stakeholders such as insurers, employers and other parties involved in the injury management process, where appropriate. We do not provide legal advice or act as legal representatives.
Client Responsibilities - Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information required to deliver services effectively. Delays or inaccuracies in information provided may impact project timelines and outcomes.
Confidentiality - All client information will be treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with professional standards. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability - Tempest Consulting Group provides advisory and consulting services based on information available at the time of engagement. While all reasonable care and skill is applied, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
